Tout d'abord, je vous souhaite une bonne année 2016! J'espère que vous avez passé de joyeuses fêtes. :)

Je commence cette nouvelle année avec une carte d'anniversaire que j'ai faite pour ma soeur avec la collection Cedar Lane de Pink Paislee. Comme je le fais souvent pour mes cartes, je me suis servie d'une feuille de paper pad comme base puis j'ai ajouté des morceaux de papiers imprimés ainsi que des découpes en papier. J'ai collé le titre à l'aide de carrés de mousse 3D pour le faire ressortir et créer du volume. Finalement, le titre de la carte ferait aussi une bonne résolution à adopter pour chaque jour de cette nouvelle année, non?!

I'm starting off the year with a birthday card I made for my sister using the Cedar Lane collection by Pink Paislee. I used one of my favorite techniques when making cards namely folding a paper pad sheet in half  to create the basis and then layering pieces of patterned paper and die-cuts. I sticked the title using foam pads to make it pop out and create dimension. The title of the card would actually make a good resolution for each and every day of this new year, right?!
