Paper Issues September Issue

Bonjour!

Hello there!

I hope you are doing well and that you had a great weekend!

I'm kicking off a new week with a layout that I made for Round 2 of the Paper Issues September Issue called 'The Unbe-leafable Great Outdoors'. Here are the themes and ideas to get you started with this new issue: use leaves as embellishments, create projects about fall, camping, hiking or back to school time.

My page is all about fall with pics from last October featuring my little one picking up dead leaves in the garden to make a bouquet. To go with these sweet photos, I used the Pink Paislee Cedar Lane collection. As the background looked quite busy with the floral paper, I went for white items: the hand cut leaves, the thickers that I painted white using gesso, the tissue paper under the pics and the frame that I stitched on the background cardstock. I also added a couple of die-cuts and chipboard hearts around the photos.

You'll find the full details along with awesome projects by the Design Team on the PI blog. And, if you want to play along and have a chance to win a $10 gift card to the Paper Issues store, you can share your projects on the Paper Issues Friends and Fans Facebook page!

Matériel / Supplies:
- papiers / papers: Bazzill, Pink Paislee (Cedar Lane).

Thanks for looking and happy Monday!
